Large commercial buildings can be used by a freight company as a loading and offloading area of there yard,
the building provides more than enough space for a truck to drive in,
load and/or offload with the help a fork lift and then drive out from the other end of the building.
also ideal for parking heavy machinery or a workshop type setup.

Our barns can be separated to include an office. We have a standard barns with composite panel cladding,
with one lean-to converted into an office, the middle section can be used as a covered parking area and
the other lean-to for storage.
They can even have built in lavatory facilities for office staff.
